Delete your account

How to permanently delete your FajrBuddy account and the data attached to it.

01 The quickest way

Open FajrBuddy, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. Your account and all its data are removed straight away.

02 No longer have the app?

Email hello@fajrup.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete your account and confirm within 7 days.

03 What gets deleted

Your account (email address and sign-in method)
Your onboarding answers
Your buddy
Your full Fajr history

All of this is removed from our servers permanently, not archived. Analytics events held by PostHog are linked only to an anonymous account ID; we delete those on request too.

04 What isn’t deleted

Subscription records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are kept by them as their own policies and the law require.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
